Better Balance (Four Week Class)

This 50-minute small group class meets twice a week for one month to focus on enhance posture, endurance, and strength to improve balance through body weight and low impact exercises that replicate real-life movements.

EDGE Boot Camp (Six Week Class)

This 60-minute beginner indoor boot camp program is designed to guide participants towards greater outcomes with exercise and nutrition through easy-to-follow hands-on application and lecture.

Noon Boot Camp (Eight Week Class)

This 45-minute indoor boot camp is designed for more experienced participants who possess knowledge and skill in exercise. Classes progress every week, challenging participants through a variety of strength workouts using a variety of equipment to burn fat and build muscle.

Kickstart Boot Camp (Eight Week Class)

This 45-minute indoor boot camp is designed for beginners to ease you into fitness, so you gain confidence as you get stronger and succeed in reaching your fitness goals. Classes progress weekly, combining strength, cardio, core work, and functional and mobility training.

Maintaining the EDGE (Eight Week Class)

This 60-minute intermediate indoor boot camp program is designed for individuals who have completed EDGE Boot Camp and are in the ACTION phase of the Stages of Change, a construct of the Transtheoretical Model of Behavior Change.

Strength Foundations (Four Week Class)

This 45-minute small group is designed to teach you key moves for the entire body to improve functionality and gain confidence to participate in various fitness programs at Health Directions. Each class includes interval based strength training with hands-on instruction.

Nutritional Counseling

Meet with LMC RD, Susan Wilkerson for one-on-one sessions to discuss your nutritional concerns, such as cholesterol, blood pressure, weight management, digestive problems, diabetes, food intolerance/allergies, sports performance and more.

Initial Cost: $50 Members/$60 Non-members (50 min)
Followup: $25 Members/$35 Non-members (30 min)
